- Build enterprise-grade, extensible automation frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Ubuntu, CLI tooling, and automation scripting
- Hands-on experience with traffic generation and network test tools
- Analyze packet captures and validate end-to-end system performance at scale
- Familiarity with observability stacks for quality engineering
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control
- Experience integrating AI/ML into QA workflows including test generation, optimization, and flaky test detection
- 10+ years relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience
Nice to have
- Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native test environments
- Understanding of networking protocols and systems (TCP/UDP, BGP, ISIS, HTTP/S, multicast, switching/routing)
- Deep expertise in software architecture and design patterns applied to test systems
- Experience with data engineering and test data pipelines
- Exposure to MLOps workflows
