Required
- Current Arizona pharmacy license
- Graduate of ACPE-accredited pharmacy school with Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- 2 years of hospital, ambulatory, retail, or postgraduate pharmacy experience
Nice to have
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Master's degree
- 4 years of hospital pharmacy experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a health system
- Leadership training certification or diploma
