Required
- 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with focus on Active Directory and identity management
- 5+ years in architect or senior engineering capacity
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 identity and access management
- Fluency in authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, WS-Federation, Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM)
- Experience implementing passwordless authentication strategies
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory security assessment tools
- Knowledge of service account governance and endpoint security tooling
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Terraform, DSC, and Microsoft Graph API
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (NIST, SOX)
- Microsoft identity-related certifications
- Track record building and managing identity engineering teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
