- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing engineering experience in high-reliability environment
- CNC machine shop manufacturing experience
- Design for manufacturability (DFM) knowledge
- Root cause analysis methodology
- Ability to work in integrated teams with technicians and engineers
- U.S. Person or lawful permanent resident status
