- 7+ years data center commissioning or critical infrastructure delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent commissioning experience)
- Deep knowledge of commissioning levels L1-L5 and documentation requirements
- Hands-on experience with data center power distribution and EPMS systems
- Experience managing third-party commissioning agents and holding vendors accountable
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, submittals, and test procedures
- Strong cross-functional coordination across construction, engineering, controls, and operations teams
- Understanding of safety and compliance requirements in active construction environments
- Willingness to travel 75% as required
