  • 10+ years in risk management across digital economy, AI/ML, and blockchain
  • Technology governance, RCSA, and control evaluation experience in financial services
  • Hands-on experience developing AI and GenAI applications
  • Deep expertise in AI model lifecycle governance including validation and explainability
  • Practical blockchain and DeFi operational risk experience
  • Experience operating at scale in global regulated environments
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships between business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in technology discipline (Computer Science, Information Management, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or equivalent)
  • Leadership experience on large-scale initiatives with diverse global teams
  • Cross-functional influence and second line risk responsibility capability

Nice to have

  • CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification
  • Working knowledge of NIST, COBIT, ORX, and ISO 27001 frameworks
