Required
- 10+ years in software industry with HPC networking or systems software specialization
- 4+ years of management experience
- BS, MS, or PhD in CS, CE, EE or equivalent
- Systems software or communication runtime development experience with full product lifecycle track record
- Understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, hardware-software interactions and performance optimization
- Strong C/C++ programming and debugging in Linux
- Balance multiple competing projects
- Work effectively across distributed teams and timezones
Nice to have
- Experience with parallel programming models (MPI, SHMEM) and communication runtimes
- Knowledge of RDMA and high-performance networking (InfiniBand, RoCE, Ethernet, EFA)
- Understanding of HPC and ML/DL fundamentals
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
