Required

  • Experience in trust and safety, content moderation operations, or policy enforcement with direct exposure to child safety, CSAM/CSEM, or related child protection
  • Experience managing or coordinating content review operations including quality assurance and workflow management
  • Experience standing up and scaling policy enforcement or content review workflows
  • SQL and/or other data analysis tools proficiency
  • Experience identifying emerging risks and communicating findings to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Understanding of challenges in implementing product policies at scale in content moderation

  • Experience working with or reporting to NCMEC, IWF, or equivalent child safety bodies

  • Experience designing trauma-informed support structures for content reviewers
  • Python proficiency for workflow automation or data analysis
  • Experience with hash-matching or perceptual hashing technologies for CSAM detection
  • Familiarity with age assurance technologies
  • Experience in trust and safety at a technology company
