What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 15+ years manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, test, materials, or process engineering in aerospace, automotive, or commercial industries
- Subject matter expertise in harnessing, PCB assemblies, structural assembly, structural bonding, mechanisms, or composite honeycomb machining
- High proficiency in MRP/ERP systems
- Knowledge of satellite manufacturing engineering principles
- Experience working with union-represented workforce
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance

- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Harnessing subject matter expertise and technician background
- Wiring and cabling focus
- Low-rate to high-rate harness production experience
