- 5+ years aerospace structures and mechanical design
- 2+ years leading an engineering team
- Designed, built, and tested flight-qualified structures
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
- Strong knowledge of statics, dynamics, and strength of materials
- Proficiency with CAD software (NX) and analysis software (ANSYS)
- Design for manufacturing expertise
- Hands-on fabrication and assembly experience
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR requirement)
- Willing to relocate to Seattle, WA
