- 2-year technical degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years maintenance supervisor/coordinator experience in fast-paced manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience leading maintenance technician teams
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience making reliability and maintenance decisions
- Proven track record implementing improvements
- CMMS system experience
- Ability to coordinate across 24/7 shift schedules
Nice to have
- 4+ years maintenance supervisor/coordinator experience in fast-paced manufacturing
- Food industry experience
- Controls/automation experience with Allen Bradley preference
