Required
- 5–7+ years hands-on experience in pharmaceutical compounding, manufacturing, or fulfillment
- 5+ years leading teams in regulated, fast-paced settings
- 2+ years implementing and maintaining OSHA safety standards
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools
- Knowledge of USP 795, USP 800, cGMP, OSHA, and FDA regulations
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Technician certification within 8 months of start
- Can work any shift in a 24/7 operation
- Both sterile and non-sterile compounding experience
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of safe handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
- Track record of successful process optimization initiatives
