What they ask for
Required
- U.S. citizenship
- 7+ years in partner management, alliances, business development, or federal enterprise sales
- 3–5 years directly owning SI/Prime or hyperscaler federal relationships
- Track record building sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions with named federal partners
- Experience scaling a federal partnership from early-stage or zero
- Deep knowledge of federal SI/Prime operations: capture teams, delivery centers, COEs, contract vehicles
- Fluency with federal AI landscape including LLMs, agentic AI, mission software factories, FedRAMP/DoD Impact Level authorization
- Hands-on daily use of AI tools with demonstrated experience building automations, agents, or data workflows
- Executive presence for conversations with partner SVPs and federal practice leads
- Analytical rigor and ability to instrument metrics and translate data into decisions
- Self-directed operator comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Nice to have
- Active security clearance
- Existing strong relationships inside at least two SI or Prime partner organizations
- Direct experience launching a joint federal offering that produced repeatable agency engagements
- Background in speech, voice AI, CCaaS, or adjacent domains like AWS Connect GovCloud, Genesys Government, NICE, or ServiceNow Federal
- Experience building internal AI tooling for revenue teams
