Required
- Bachelor's degree from a top US university
- Juris Doctorate from a top US law school
- 5+ years in investment management or real estate law at AM 100 law firm, or 2+ years at law firm plus comparable in-house experience at major investment bank or financial services firm
- Drafting and negotiation skills
- Private equity fund structuring and real estate investment management familiarity
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Risk management skills
- Strong judgment on legal, compliance and risk issues
- Solution-oriented interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
Nice to have
