What they ask for
Required
- PhD in physiology, neuroscience, sleep science, or related field
- 10+ years human research experience
- 5+ years at high-growth startups or consumer health/hardware companies
- 5+ years people management with hiring and performance management
- Experience with biosensing devices or consumer health technology clinical validation
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications and IRB-approved clinical studies
- Advanced statistical fluency and ability to work with raw data
- Experience managing cross-functional product launch programs
- Hands-on execution mindset in fast-moving environment
