What they ask for
Required
- NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach) full board certification
- Associate's degree or higher education/equivalent
- 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience
- High-volume caseload management experience
- Ability to work with diverse member populations
- Strong written communication for messaging-based coaching
- Strong verbal communication and video presence
- Comfort synthesizing and contextualizing health data
Nice to have
- Additional coaching credentials (ACE Health Coach, Precision Nutrition L1, NASM Behavior Change Specialist)
- Personal training or strength credential (CSCS, NASM/ACE/ACSM CPT)
- Nutrition coaching certification (Precision Nutrition)
- Advanced degree in exercise science, physiology, kinesiology, or related field
- Experience collaborating with registered dietitians, nurse practitioners, or physicians
- Experience serving high-end clientele in concierge medicine or premium settings
- Specialized coaching focus (performance, postpartum, pelvic-floor, eating-disorder-informed)
- Startup or fast-changing environment experience
