What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor of Science in engineering, physics, or technical discipline
- 5+ years in propulsion, space vehicles, or high-precision welding
- Proficient in CAD with proven track record designing and building products
- Passion for manufacturing and hands-on work in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability managing advanced manufacturing products
- On-site 5 days per week
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status
Nice to have
- Manufacturing Engineering, Weld Engineering, or Integration Engineering background
- Experience with robotic, automated, or orbital tube welding
- Precision welded assemblies, electric propulsion, or chemical space propulsion experience
- Machining, welding, or fixture and tool & die design expertise
- Manufacturing Engineering Software (MES) or ERP experience
- Strong GD&T knowledge
- Familiarity with AWS D17.1, MIL-STDs, and AS/NAS specifications
- Pressurized systems operation and construction knowledge
- Reliability and Mission Assurance best practices
