Leadership experience managing multiple engineering teams
Hands-on expertise in at least one general-purpose programming language
Experience designing and deploying modern, scalable services and web applications

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
Ability to manage technical debt and drive operational excellence

Nice to have

Proficiency in SLA and KPI definition and monitoring
