What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with electronics soldering and PCBA rework
- Experience with surface mount and through-hole components
- Fine-pitch soldering capability
- Ability to perform fine motor tasks and precision work
Nice to have
- IPC-A-610 certification (Class 2 or Class 3)
- Aerospace, satellite, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with additional high-reliability or space workmanship standards
