What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years of litigation legal experience
- 5+ years of law firm experience
- Juris Doctorate from a top law school
- Admission to at least one state bar in good standing
- Ability to be admitted to practice in Texas
- Pre-trial and trial experience including discovery coordination and response
- E-discovery management in complex matters
- Drafting, editing, and supervising pleadings at all litigation stages
Nice to have
- Prior in-house counsel experience
- Knowledge of class actions, mass arbitrations, product liability, general commercial litigation, and government investigations
- Witness preparation for interviews, depositions, and trials
- Experience managing or participating on trial teams
- Appellate experience
- Familiarity with high-tech, telecommunications, or consumer electronics business
