What they ask for

Required

  • 8+ years in partner management, alliances, business development, or enterprise sales
  • 3-5+ years directly managing strategic technology partnerships with enterprise platforms
  • Proven ability to build sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with partnership motions
  • Experience scaling partnerships from zero or early stage
  • Understanding of technology ecosystems across product, alliances, marketplaces, and enterprise sales
  • Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems including LLMs and agentic AI
  • Hands-on use of AI tools and automations to drive operational scale
  • Executive presence and influence with senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with operational rigor and pipeline ownership
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships within Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, or major telecom providers
  • Experience launching integrations or marketplace listings that drove repeatable customer engagements
  • Background in Voice AI, Speech AI, CCaaS, or adjacent platforms like AWS Connect, NICE, Five9, or Twilio
  • Experience building internal AI tooling and revenue workflows
