Required
- 8+ years in partner management, alliances, business development, or enterprise sales
- 3-5+ years directly managing strategic technology partnerships with enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to build sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with partnership motions
- Experience scaling partnerships from zero or early stage
- Understanding of technology ecosystems across product, alliances, marketplaces, and enterprise sales
- Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems including LLMs and agentic AI
- Hands-on use of AI tools and automations to drive operational scale
- Executive presence and influence with senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with operational rigor and pipeline ownership
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Nice to have
- Existing relationships within Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, or major telecom providers
- Experience launching integrations or marketplace listings that drove repeatable customer engagements
- Background in Voice AI, Speech AI, CCaaS, or adjacent platforms like AWS Connect, NICE, Five9, or Twilio
- Experience building internal AI tooling and revenue workflows
