Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of estimating experience in engineered-to-order manufacturing, or 5-8 years of direct costing and technical sales experience
- Technical knowledge of electrical enclosures, low/medium voltage switchboards, and switchgear production
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Collaborative team player with sense of urgency and adaptability
- Drug and alcohol program participation (safety-sensitive role)
Nice to have
- Specialized knowledge of modular electrical buildings (e-houses/PDCs)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software experience, particularly Acumatica
- Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements
