Required
- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience in business systems, consulting, or post-implementation roles
- Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, or warehouse processes
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and their operational impact
- Ability to configure NetSuite, build Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions
- Direct experience working with business stakeholders on requirements and solution translation
- Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and training skills
- Willingness and ability to relocate to and work on-site in Midland, Texas
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite Manufacturing, Advanced Manufacturing, MRP, BOMs and routings, or WMS
- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, multi-subsidiary environments, or SuiteSuccess
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant
- Exposure to SuiteScript 2.x, workflows, integrations, or the NetSuite data model for root-cause discussions
- Experience training users, developing functional documentation, or mentoring junior analysts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
