- 3-5+ years in network operations, satellite communications, NOC, or technical support
- Hands-on technical experience in operational environments
- Foundational understanding of IP networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, BGP, VLANs, NAT, DNS) or RF concepts
- Scripting experience with Python or Bash
- Bias for action and ability to solve high-pressure operational issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 0-1+ years of formal people management or demonstrated technical leadership experience
