Required
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification
- Tennessee licensure as NP or PA
- Registered Nurse licensure in Tennessee

- Prior Advanced Practice Provider experience
