What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or founding/product engineering
- Strong Python and JavaScript proficiency
- Systems fundamentals
- Design and build agent-based or LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Comfortable working directly with customers on POCs and technical evaluations
- Explain technical tradeoffs clearly to developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes
Nice to have
