  • 3+ years in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or founding/product engineering
  • Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals
  • Systems design fundamentals
  • Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows and failure handling

  • Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
