What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass fleet check
- Window and door installation experience
- Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows and hardware
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices
- PPE knowledge and proper usage
- Ability to lift up to 83 pounds
- Proficiency and safety with power tools, hand tools, air tools, and ladder work
- Basic math skills, reading, and writing
- Ability to communicate verbally with team and homeowners
Nice to have
- Renewal installation experience
- Finish carpentry skills for stool and apron installation
