What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- At least 12 years in spacecraft integration and test or similar hardware test environments
- Led multiple spacecraft or launch vehicle build and test campaigns
- Hands-on spacecraft system test procedures, automation, and execution
- Scripting or coding for satellite test automation
- Cross-disciplinary experience with electrical, mechanical, and software systems
- Understanding of spacecraft AIT principles, test-as-you-fly, NASA and DoD standards, and build verification strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional efforts in fast-paced, schedule-critical environments
- Strong engineering judgment and bias for action in ambiguous environments
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible to obtain ITAR authorization
Nice to have
- High-rate production environment or program experience with repeated test execution
- Extensive experience designing, building, and validating spacecraft GSE
- Python test automation and data processing code development
- Introduction and maturation of test campaigns for new products
- Experience with DOORS or Jama for requirement and verification tracking
