What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or product engineering roles
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals
- Systems design fundamentals
- Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows and orchestration
- Comfortable working directly with customers during POCs and technical evaluations
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly

Nice to have

- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and Kubernetes
