What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years with high-volume data infrastructure
- Databricks, AWS (EMR, Kinesis/Kafka, S3), Apache Spark/Spark Streaming, and Apache Airflow (MWAA) experience
- SQL and Python proficiency
- Daily use of LLM-based development tools with ability to evaluate and refactor AI-generated code
- Data quality framework experience (Great Expectations, DQX, or similar)
- Data model architecture and SQL optimization skills
- Terraform or IaC tool familiarity
- BS in CS, Engineering, Math, or equivalent hands-on experience
Nice to have
- Java or Scala experience
- Experience building agentic workflows or chatbots
