What they ask for

Required

  • 7+ years managing strategic customer relationships in remittances, money transfer, cross-border payments, fintech, or financial services
  • Deep understanding of the global remittance ecosystem including Money Transfer Operators, payment processors, correspondent banking, digital wallets, and payout networks
  • Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and delivering measurable commercial results
  • Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and developing executive-level business cases
  • Knowledge of cross-border payment networks, payout ecosystems, foreign exchange, and global remittance corridors
  • Experience working with leading Money Transfer Operators, digital remittance providers, fintechs, or payment platforms
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements for money movement businesses
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel as required
