Required
- 7+ years managing strategic customer relationships in remittances, money transfer, cross-border payments, fintech, or financial services
- Deep understanding of the global remittance ecosystem including Money Transfer Operators, payment processors, correspondent banking, digital wallets, and payout networks
- Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and delivering measurable commercial results
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and developing executive-level business cases
- Knowledge of cross-border payment networks, payout ecosystems, foreign exchange, and global remittance corridors
- Experience working with leading Money Transfer Operators, digital remittance providers, fintechs, or payment platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements for money movement businesses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel as required
