Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise architecture experience
  • 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, or regulated environments
  • Experience integrating data from control systems, automation environments, or real-time operational data sources
  • Experience designing architectures spanning operational systems and analytical platforms
  • Integration architecture experience with ERP, QMS, MES, LIMS, or equivalent systems
  • Proficiency in data modeling approaches for operational and analytical use cases
  • Ability to produce architecture specifications for engineering implementation
  • Strong understanding of data governance including lineage, access control, classification, and retention
  • Knowledge of GxP, data integrity, and compliance considerations

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with Veeva Quality, LabVantage, Syncade, or similar MES and LIMS platforms
  • OT/IT integration architecture experience including MES, DCS, SCADA, or historian systems in regulated environments
  • Familiarity with manufacturing data standards
  • Experience with SAP data domains for manufacturing and supply chain
  • Hands-on experience with dbt, Redshift, or Snowflake
  • Enterprise-scale metadata management or data catalog experience
  • Multi-schema or multi-tenant architecture design with fine-grained access control
  • Knowledge of knowledge graphs, ontologies, or semantic modeling
  • GitHub-based workflows or architecture-as-code practices
  • Experience with AI-ready data architecture and agentic AI workflows
  • Background in GxP validation readiness for data platforms
