Required
- 5–8 years of supply chain planning or inventory management experience
- Experience in consumer electronics, consumer hardware, or comparable physical-product environment
- Owned end-to-end supply plan with understanding of upstream and downstream operational impact
- Ability to structure and resolve ambiguous problems with incomplete information
- Strong quantitative and modeling skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with commercial, finance, logistics, or engineering teams
- Experience using AI tools to improve analysis and planning workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience with NPI ramps and end-of-life transitions in consumer hardware
- Experience working directly with CMs/ODMs in Asia
- Familiarity with planning systems like SAP, Kinaxis, o9, or NetSuite
