What they ask for
Required
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years experience, or Master's with 4+ years, or Bachelor's with 5+ years
- Strong expertise in at least two of: structural/FEA analysis, modal and vibration analysis, thermal engineering, or fluid flow/CFD
- Experience designing mechanical systems
- Proficiency with CAD assemblies and detailed drawings
- Experience documenting manufacturing, installation, and service procedures
- Demonstrated ability to own complex engineering problems and deliver solutions
Nice to have
- Experience with semiconductor capital equipment or similar high-complexity hardware systems
- Familiarity with vibration damping and isolation techniques
- Knowledge of precision engineering, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, sheet metal, and welding
- Track record leading projects from concept through manufacturing release
