Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 6-8+ years of progressive experience in data strategy, product management, data governance, or technology leadership
- Proven track record leading complex data and analytics programs including cloud data platforms and data lakes
- Understanding of privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements including GDPR and CCPA
- Experience with enterprise data and marketing technology platforms such as AWS Redshift, Adobe Experience Platform, Power BI, or Tableau
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive organizational change
- Strong strategic and operational mindset with experience establishing governance models
Nice to have
- Advanced or Master's degree in statistics, data science, computer science, or related data field
- Experience supporting fan, customer, or consumer-centric organizations
- Knowledge of engagement strategies, audience development, and lifecycle marketing
