Required
- 4+ years payroll experience in high-growth or global organization
- Strong analytical skills with payroll reporting and audit experience
- Hands-on experience running end-to-end US payroll operations
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Workday Payroll
- Experience with OneSource Virtual (OSV)
- Experience supporting global payroll vendors
- Creating and managing payroll imports and EIB uploads in Workday
- Strong attention to detail managing payroll data across multiple systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance and People teams
- Self-starter mentality in fast-moving environments
