Required

- Hands-on experience with critical lifts of sensitive equipment

Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- NCCCO Certified Rigger certification
- Signalperson or Lift Director certifications
- Manufacturing, industrial, or aerospace production environment experience
- Crane operations and heavy-lift planning expertise
