What they ask for

Required

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field
  • 6+ years building and shipping ML systems
  • 3+ years hands-on with LLMs and agents in production
  • Expert Python with strong fundamentals in system design, testing, modularity, async, and API design
  • PyTorch and working knowledge of fine-tuning and PEFT methods
  • LLM application development including prompting, structured outputs, tool calling, and context management
  • Inference optimization experience with vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and quantization techniques
  • Human-in-the-loop annotation workflows at scale
  • Production experience with at least three agent frameworks and orchestration tools
  • Production experience with at least two evaluation and observability platforms
  • Track record mentoring engineers and raising technical quality
  • Ability to drive decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Ability to write design docs that earn cross-team buy-in

  • Continued pretraining or fine-tuning pipeline experience such as SFT, DPO, or RLHF
