Required
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years hands-on production environment experience
- Experience with satellite and subsystem integration and end-to-end testing
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and create harness schematics
- Understanding of satellite and satellite subsystems
- Attention to detail with high-value hardware
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person
- ITAR compliance eligibility

- Experience in high-reliability, safety-critical, or regulated environments
- Plex or similar MRP/ERP system experience
