Required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent
- Valid and unrestricted Medical Doctor license
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in maritime, cruise, or international medical operations
- Minimum 8 years management experience leading multi-disciplinary medical teams or healthcare operations in global settings
- Deep knowledge of maritime medical operations and regulatory frameworks
- Leadership and crisis management abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Nice to have
- Specialization or knowledge in maritime or occupational health
- Prior experience working onboard as a Ship's Doctor
- Demonstrated ability to engage with international regulatory agencies
- Additional certifications in Maritime Medicine or Public Health
