  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent
  • Valid and unrestricted Medical Doctor license
  • Minimum 10 years progressive experience in maritime, cruise, or international medical operations
  • Minimum 8 years management experience leading multi-disciplinary medical teams or healthcare operations in global settings
  • Deep knowledge of maritime medical operations and regulatory frameworks
  • Leadership and crisis management abilities
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Nice to have

  • Specialization or knowledge in maritime or occupational health
  • Prior experience working onboard as a Ship's Doctor
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with international regulatory agencies
  • Additional certifications in Maritime Medicine or Public Health
