What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience fabricating, assembling, maintaining, or operating aerospace or industrial hardware
- Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions
- Ability to identify hardware or operational issues and escalate when needed
- Ability to use software systems and databases for documentation
- Willingness to support flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and wear required PPE
- Experience with hand tools such as drills, band saws, grinders, or magnetic drills
- US government background clearance for Cape Canaveral work
Nice to have
- Prior technician, mechanic, or maintenance technician experience
- General facility maintenance, repair, or upkeep experience
- Construction, demolition, or site preparation experience
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems
