  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience fabricating, assembling, maintaining, or operating aerospace or industrial hardware
  • Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Ability to identify hardware or operational issues and escalate when needed
  • Ability to use software systems and databases for documentation
  • Willingness to support flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and wear required PPE
  • Experience with hand tools such as drills, band saws, grinders, or magnetic drills
  • US government background clearance for Cape Canaveral work

  • Prior technician, mechanic, or maintenance technician experience
  • General facility maintenance, repair, or upkeep experience
