- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PowerPoint
- Model making and footwear craft skills
- Footwear manufacturing process knowledge and factory experience
- Understanding of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing techniques
- Ability to express concepts through hand sketching
- Knowledge of patterns, blueprints, molds and materials
- Ability to present information and respond to stakeholder questions
