Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline with 3 years of manufacturing/industrial project engineering experience, or 7 years of hands-on experience without a degree
- Demonstrated experience translating technical or operational requirements into Statements of Work or building plans
- Proven ability to build and manage project schedules and drive accountability across subcontractors and vendors on concurrent projects
- Working knowledge of manufacturing systems, automation equipment, and controls infrastructure
- Experience tracking equipment procurement, delivery, and installation in a project controls context
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong self-starter able to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work comfortably in a manufacturing environment with personal protective equipment
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident to comply with ITAR requirements
- Eligible to obtain and maintain state and federal explosives licenses including minimum age of 21, drug-free status, and successful background investigation
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, or similar scheduling and project controls tools
- Familiarity with PLC-based automation systems, robotic work cells, or controls integration
- Experience with defense, aerospace, or energetic manufacturing facility construction including OSHA, ITAR, and hazardous environment standards
