Required
- Product management experience shipping technical products or equivalent founder/engineer/scientist background
- Scientific or deeply technical background to reason with domain experts
- Strong grasp of AI and LLM concepts with daily use of AI tools
- Data-driven prioritization grounded in usage data and eval results rather than intuition
- User empathy and ability to synthesize expert feedback into actionable priorities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute as a first-principles thinker
- Clear written communication and ability to influence without authority
- Thoughtful approach to risks and benefits of frontier scientific capabilities
Nice to have
- 8+ years in product management or equivalent product leadership including 0-to-1 scaling
- Advanced degree or hands-on research experience in biology, chemistry, physics, materials science, or related field
- Personal experience building evals or benchmarks for model capabilities
- Experience shipping products in life sciences, pharma, or regulated research environments
- Track record of launching ambitious products with strong distribution or commercial success
- Experience designing trusted-access or staged-rollout programs for sensitive capabilities
- Creative, hacker mindset with love of solving hard problems
