What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 15+ years manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, test, or materials/process engineering in Aerospace, Automotive, or Commercial industries
- Subject matter expertise in harnessing, printed circuit board assemblies, structural assembly, bonding, mechanisms, or composite machining
- High proficiency with MRP/ERP systems
- Knowledge of satellite manufacturing engineering principles
- Experience managing union-represented workforce
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
Nice to have
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 10+ years satellite manufacturing industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to scale manufacturing rate capability
- Experience with Box-Level Assembly, Integration, System Test
- Technical problem-solving skills
