- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
- 15+ years progressive experience in corporate treasury or finance
- Experience in capital markets, liquidity management, debt and equity financing
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills

- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in dynamic environment
- Experience in multinational corporations
