Required
- 2+ years electromechanical assembly experience in aerospace or similar field
- hands-on experience with mechanical and electronics hardware
- ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and electrical schematics
- soldering, de-soldering, and reworking electronic assemblies
- proficiency with delicate and high-value assemblies
- excellent written and verbal communication
- meticulous attention to detail
