- 8+ years backend or platform software development experience
- Experience leading or managing backend engineers including senior engineers
- Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure experience
- Understanding of modern CI/CD practices and production systems at scale
- Knowledge of API design, microservices patterns, and backend frameworks
- Experience with observability and monitoring tooling
- Strong project leadership and prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence technical decisions
- Professional English proficiency written and spoken
- Computer Science, Software Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience
