What they ask for
Required
- Lift and carry 35–50 lbs frequently, up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Push utility carts up to 60 lbs
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts
- Work at heights up to 40 ft on mezzanine where applicable
- Use basic math skills accurately
- Read labels and product documentation
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction
- Speak, read, and understand English sufficiently to follow safety policies and instructions
- Maintain positive and respectful attitude working independently and in teams
Nice to have
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer (Food Distribution Center only)
