What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years quality engineering experience in battery pack manufacturing or related industries
- Strong understanding of battery technologies, pack assembly processes, and safety standards
- Proficiency with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Familiarity with SPC and root cause analysis tools
- Experience with battery production test equipment and data acquisition systems
Nice to have
- CQE or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
- Experience with battery cell screening, aging, and cycling
- Proficiency with Minitab, JMP, or similar statistical analysis software
- Knowledge of Arbin cyclers or Amada welding machines
